2. What we collect
Account and contact data: name, work email, role, company, LinkedIn profile URL.
Service data: onboarding call recordings and notes, questionnaires, drafts, approvals and the ideas you send us.
Billing data: subscription and invoice records from Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.
Website data: basic, aggregated analytics about page visits.
3. Why we use it
To write and deliver your content (performance of our contract with you), to take payment and keep tax records (legal obligation), to answer enquiries and send a requested sample (your request or our legitimate interest), and to keep the service secure.
4. Processors we use
Stripe (payments), our email provider, cloud document storage, and a scheduling tool for clients on plans that include scheduling. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions. A current list is available on request.
5. International transfers
Some processors operate outside your country. We are a US-registered company serving clients in Europe, so your data may be processed in the United States. Those transfers rely on European Commission standard contractual clauses and, for UK clients, the UK international data transfer addendum.
6. How long we keep it
Content and account data are kept for the life of your relationship with us and for 12 months afterwards so we can hand over your archive. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires. Call recordings are deleted once the voice profile is built, unless you ask us to keep them.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@gowithlinkd.com and we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and, if enabled, privacy-friendly aggregated analytics. We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal data.
9. Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes and post the revised date at the top of this page.
