14-day money-back on your first purchase
If the writing is not right for you, email billing@gowithlinkd.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full — no questionnaire, no negotiation. You keep any drafts already delivered.
After delivery
Once work for a package has been delivered, that package is not refundable, because the content is produced specifically for you.
If we fail to deliver
If we deliver fewer posts than your package includes and you do not want the missing posts carried over, we refund the pro-rated value of the undelivered posts.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may suspend the account while the case is reviewed.
