1. Who we are

These terms govern the LinkedIn content services provided by GoWithLinkd LLC ("we", "us"), registered at 80 Parkview Ave, Num 9514, Newport, KY 41071, USA. By subscribing to a plan or accepting a sample, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

We produce written LinkedIn content on your behalf according to the plan you select, including a stated number of posts, revisions, and — on eligible plans — scheduling, content planning, carousels, reporting and strategy calls. Deliverables and volumes are those published on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to take part in voice onboarding, review drafts within a reasonable time, and confirm the accuracy of any facts, figures, client references or claims you ask us to include. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish, and for complying with LinkedIn’s terms and applicable law.

4. Approval and revisions

Drafts are delivered in a shared document. Revisions are included as stated for your plan. Content is considered approved when you publish it or confirm approval in writing. Requests that go beyond the scope of the plan (new formats, additional volume, rush delivery) may be quoted separately.

5. Intellectual property

On payment, all rights in the content we deliver transfer to you, including unpublished drafts. We retain no right to reuse or resell your content. We may cite you as a client or reproduce a post as a portfolio sample only with your prior written permission.

6. Fees, billing and taxes

Packages are billed in EUR through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added where applicable, and EU business customers who supply a valid VAT number are reverse-charged under Article 44 of the EU VAT Directive. Failed payments may pause delivery until resolved.

7. Cancellation

You may stop buying at any time; work already paid for is delivered. We may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. Statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected.

8. Confidentiality

We treat unpublished business information you share with us as confidential and share it only with the people working on your account. On request we sign your own non-disclosure agreement.

9. Limits of liability

We do not guarantee any particular reach, follower growth, engagement or business outcome; results depend on your market, your participation and platform factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify customers by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
